2024 AGM Announcement (Updated)

We're excited to extend a warm invitation to all of our residents for our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for May 7, 2024.

This gathering is a fantastic opportunity for us to come together, reflect on our achievements, and plan for the future. We're looking forward to seeing each and every one of you there. Your presence, insights, and enthusiasm are what make our community truly special.

A Special Note about Quorum:

In order for the meeting to commence, quorum of 50% of the members of the HOA must be in attendance - this is approximately 132 members (homes).

If this quorum is not reached, our by-law states we can adjourn for 30 minutes and reconvene it there are greater than 7 members present. In our experience, this situation has arisen at all AGM's hence there is likely to be a 30 minute delayed start.
